Your personal consultant will guide you through the order process but here are some of the main steps:

1. Required documents

When your masters and artworks are ready according to our technical specifications, please see our requirements for Input Carriers, CD/DVD Printing Specifications and Mini/Biz Card CD/DVD Printing Specifications.
You should send us the ORDER ASSIGNMENT FORM and CONTRACT duly filled and signed.
Under Bulgarian law, every production of optical discs that carry copyrighted information needs to be registered at the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture. In order to make the registration we need the signed CONTRACT.

2. Supply of the masters

The masters can be delivered to us in one of the following ways:

3. Supply of artwork files

By ftp: We will dedicate you a personal access on our ftp server where you will be able to upload the files.
